Growing up I thought books were boring, in reality I just didn’t read anything that actually interested me. Which is why I teamed up with James Patterson to write The Most Dangerous Games! MrBeast's new collaboration with James Patterson is being touted almost exclusively as a meeting of two "Number-Ones": the world's #1 streamer has commissioned a work product by the world's #1 bestselling author. Its contents are an afterthought, if not totally irrelevant. The result, The Most Dangerous Games, is being called "the first book for people who hate reading," and MrBeast's own anemic sales pitch implies as much. The Meow Library--known for Meow: A Novel (2022), an international bestseller consisting only of repetitions of the word "meow," takes umbrage at this characterization.
